Mountain Fuji

Mt. Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan. Mt. Fuji rises center of Japan. The mountain‘s height is 3,776m above sea level. Mt. Fuji is very lucky thing in a first dream of the New Year. During the summer to fall, Mt. Fuji turns red because of the morning sun. This is called Aka-Fuji in Japanese. The famous artist Hokusai Katsushika drew a picture of Aka-Fuji. Mt. Fuji has a lot of underground water. This water is very good quality. This water is used for paper manufacture, drink, agriculture and chemistry. This water is very important not only human being, but also wild animals. We have to protect underground water. Mt. Fuji is Young Mountain. In 1707, Mt. Fuji erupted. You can look over about Mt. First stir the cornstarch into warm water until it is well mixed. Set aside.
Then mix water and orange juice. When the mixture is warm add sugar. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
Turn heat down. Add cornstarch and cream of tartar. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir frequently.

Remove from heat and add flavoring. Some like to add a hint of food coloring to match the flavor. Also you can add nuts of your choice.
Pour into a lightly oiled, shallow square pan. Chill in refrigerator.
When cooled, cut into squares. Use a knife dipped in hot water to make the cutting easier.
Roll in powered sugar

You can store the squares in a plastic containers sprinkled with powdered sugar to prevent sticking.

50,000yen

Last Sunday,I spent 50,000yen for shopping. 1st, I went to optician to buy pair of glasses. Actualy, my eysight is not so bad. My eyesight in my left is 0.5, right is too. Sometimes I cannot see the words on blackbord. Anyway, I bought pair of glasses,which was 26,000yen.
Next, I went to bike shop to buy a helmet. As you know, I bought bike(actyaly I don't get it yet) which is 400cc. To procet my head, I had to get good helmet even it is expensive. After all, I bought it which was 16,000yen. And then, the stuff said that "Do you hear the sound of your bike engine?". I said yes so fast and the sound was great!!
3rd, I went to 2nd street what is used clothing shop. I looked a lot of clothing very carefuly and I found good pants. It was 10,800yen. I have to work hard again...
